8 oz orzo pasta, cooked and cooled
1 cup nasturtium microgreens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
1/2 cup feta, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano; season with salt and pepper.
Combine orzo, cherry tomatoes, olives, and feta in a large bowl.
Toss with dressing.
