Returns & Refunds

ChefPax products are fresh, highly perishable agricultural goods. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns after delivery or pickup. We do, however, stand behind the quality of what we grow.

Perishable Product Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh microgreens and live trays, products are not eligible for standard returns once delivered or picked up.

Quality Issues

If there is a problem with your order, contact hello@chefpax.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order details, a short description of the issue, and a photo when possible. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, contact us right away. Incorrect items may be replaced or refunded as appropriate.

Subscription Changes

For recurring orders or subscriptions, changes should be made before the next delivery cycle cutoff. Visit your customer portal if applicable, or reach out through /contact.
