Every tray that leaves our facility follows the same handling protocol.
All harvests performed with clean gloves and sanitized cutting tools. Grow medium never contacts the cut canopy. Equipment sanitized between grows.
Temperature-controlled from harvest to market or delivery. Cut greens are refrigerated immediately after harvest and transported in cooled conditions.
