Shipping & Delivery

ChefPax currently offers local delivery across the Austin metro area. We do not offer national shipping at this time. Our products are harvested fresh and delivered locally to protect quality, flavor, and shelf life.

Local Delivery Area

ChefPax is based in Manor, Texas and serves the Austin metro area, including Austin, Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, and surrounding communities when routes and harvest schedules allow. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery range, contact us through our contact page.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery timing depends on crop readiness, weekly harvest cycles, and route planning. Weekly availability may vary by crop and by season. Customers will receive confirmation once an order is scheduled for delivery.

Order Timing

Because ChefPax grows in small batches, orders should be placed with enough lead time for the next available harvest and delivery cycle. Some products may be available immediately, while others may require a longer grow window.

Live Trays vs. Fresh-Cut Microgreens

Live trays and fresh-cut microgreens are both local-delivery products. Live trays are delivered as living product and are intended for local fulfillment only. Fresh-cut microgreens are also fulfilled locally to preserve freshness and quality.

Outside the Delivery Area

If your address is outside the current delivery range, you may still be able to purchase ChefPax products at the farmers market. Find us Saturdays at SFC Farmers Market at Republic Square in downtown Austin.
