Ingredients

  • 1 cup store-bought or homemade hummus

  • 1 cup nasturtium microgreens

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Assorted crudités: carrots, cucumbers, peppers

  • Pita chips or flatbread

Instructions

    Spread hummus in a wide shallow bowl, creating a swirl with the back of a spoon.

    Drizzle generously with olive oil and dust with smoked paprika.
