1 cup store-bought or homemade hummus
1 cup nasturtium microgreens
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Assorted crudités: carrots, cucumbers, peppers
Pita chips or flatbread
Spread hummus in a wide shallow bowl, creating a swirl with the back of a spoon.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and dust with smoked paprika.
Scatter nasturtium microgreens across the hummus.
Arrange crudités and pita chips around the bowl and serve.
