Ingredients

  • 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup nasturtium microgreens, finely chopped

  • 1 lemon (zest only)

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • Pinch of flaky salt

Instructions

    Combine softened butter, nasturtium microgreens, lemon zest, garlic, and salt in a bowl.

    Mix with a fork until evenly combined.

    Roll into a log in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour (or freeze up to 1 month).

    Slice coins and place on hot steak, grilled fish, or warm bread to serve.
