1 cup broccoli microgreens
1 lemon (zest & juice)
2 tbsp olive oil
Parmesan, salt & pepper
Cook pasta; reserve 1/4 cup water.
Toss with oil, lemon, and greens off heat.
Adjust with pasta water; finish with parmesan.
