Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorrel microgreens

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp toasted walnuts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp orange juice

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

    Whisk olive oil and orange juice; season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Toss mixed greens and sorrel microgreens with the dressing.

    Top with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and walnuts.
