2 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, grated
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup broccoli microgreens
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cucumber, grated carrot, and diced bell pepper.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and toss gently to combine.
