Ingredients

  • 4 slices multigrain bread, toasted

  • 4 oz smoked salmon

  • 1 cup ChefPax Mix microgreens

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 lemon (zest & squeeze of juice)

  • Capers & sliced red onion to garnish

Instructions
