2 slices whole-grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup broccoli microgreens
1 tablespoon olive oil
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
Drizzle olive oil on top and generously sprinkle with broccoli microgreens.
Finish with a pinch of red pepper flakes for an extra kick, if desired.
