2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup mustard microgreens
Salt to taste
Optional: sliced radishes for garnish
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
