2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 cup sorrel microgreens
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture generously on each slice of toast.
Top with a handful of sorrel microgreens for a fresh finish.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
