2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shiso microgreens
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil for drizzling
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden and crispy.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture generously over the toasted bread.
Top with shiso microgreens and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
