3 cups pea shoots
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in pea shoots and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until just wilted.
Splash with soy sauce and sesame oil; toss and serve immediately.
