2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup basil microgreens
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
On a serving platter, alternate layers of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top the salad generously with basil microgreens and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve immediately as a light appetizer or side dish.
