2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 cup basil microgreens
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Red chili flakes for garnish (optional)
Olive oil for drizzling
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread slices.
Top generously with basil microgreens, and sprinkle with red chili flakes if desired.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top before serving.
