1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 cup Texsel microgreens
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
