2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup radish microgreens
1 tablespoon olive oil
Red chili flakes (optional)
Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown and crispy.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture generously over the toasted bread slices.
Top each toast with a handful of radish microgreens and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with red chili flakes for an extra kick if desired, and serve immediately.
