1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Texsel microgreens
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
