2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 cup radish microgreens
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: red pepper flakes for spice
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mixture generously on each slice of toast.
Top with a generous handful of radish microgreens and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, then serve immediately.
