1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup popcorn microgreens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
