2 slices whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 cup cilantro microgreens
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil (for drizzling)
Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture generously on each slice of toast.
Top with cilantro microgreens and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
