4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup hummus
1 cup ChefPax Mix microgreens
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cucumber, julienned
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
