4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup hummus
1 cup ChefPax Mix microgreens
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cucumber, julienned
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
Spread a generous layer of hummus over each tortilla.
Layer the ChefPax microgreens, bell pepper slices, shredded carrot, cucumber, and purple cabbage on top of the hummus.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
