8 oz pasta of your choice
2 cups Swiss chard microgreens
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese and Swiss chard microgreens.
Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss well.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
