2 large tomatoes, sliced
150g fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup basil microgreens
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
On a serving plate, alternate layers of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the basil microgreens generously over the tomatoes and cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Allow the salad to sit for a few minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
