2 cups cooked pasta of choice
1 cup mustard microgreens
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: extra walnuts and Parmesan for serving
