4 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup sorrel microgreens
1 orange, segmented
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and sorrel microgreens.
Add the orange segments and cucumber slices to the bowl.
In a small jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
