4 cups of mixed salad greens
1 cup of fresh pea microgreens
1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
Juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
