2 cups shiso microgreens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced scallions
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
In a large bowl, combine shiso microgreens, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and scallions.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha until well mixed.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
