200g firm tofu, cubed
1 cup shiso microgreens, rinsed and dried
1 cup mixed salad greens
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
Sesame seeds for garnish
In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the cubed tofu until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey/agave to create the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine shiso microgreens, mixed salad greens, and sautéed tofu.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
