200g firm tofu, cubed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup shiso microgreens
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Lemon juice to taste
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the cubed tofu until golden brown, about 5 minutes, adding soy sauce halfway through.
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, shiso microgreens, shredded carrots, and sesame seeds.
Add the crispy tofu on top of the salad and drizzle with lemon juice to taste.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients without bruising the microgreens.
Serve immediately for a refreshing and healthy meal!
