2 cups broccoli microgreens
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add broccoli microgreens to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until just wilted.
Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Serve warm as a side dish or over rice.
