ChefPax provides ultra-fresh, perishable microgreens. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items. Once delivered, microgreens cannot be re‑stocked, reused, or resold.
To request a return or replacement for a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Refunds will be credited back to your payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
ChefPax delivers microgreens locally within the Austin metro area.
